One Beat Foundation was envisioned by a humble and visionary philanthropist Sardar Bahadur Singh, who is deeply committed to uplifting the standards of living of the people of his remote town Bhira Kheri, located in district of Lakhimpur Kheri in state/ province of Uttar Pradesh, India.
Under his stewardship, this quaint and nondescript town has been put on the world map with yeoman initiatives unknown to the world. He has established a College of Medical Sciences, Pharmacy College and a Paramedical/ Nursing College for the simple and rustic populace of this remote geographical region. The most beautiful and superlative initiative is that of establishing a Charitable Hospital, 2 Eye Hospitals and a Blood Bank, which provide completely FREE SERVICES – from consultation to laboratory tests to treatment and medicines.
